A Virtual Private Server also known as a VPS is a section of a larger server that has its own dedicated resources and operating system. You can install your own applications and have your own files, start – stop – restart and reinstall the server without it interfering with the other virtual private servers on the same node.

Shared web hosting is where you share the same server as other websites, the resources are split between the websites hosted on the server. It is secured by user accounts that only have access to their own specific resources on the server.

Overselling is where more resources have been sold on one server than is allocated to the server. We never oversell our servers and always make sure there is enough space for every user on each server.

Short answer is yes, we are allowed to sell these kind of servers. When you purchase you are buying container that has allocated resources, you are not buying the game or the game server files, they are owned by the companies who create them. 

When you make a purchase you receive a container that is allocated the resources you have purchased.

Depending on the server you have purchased the files will be downloaded from the company that owns the files, we don’t supply files or games as a service they come from the providers and are already freely accessible. 

When your server is created (VPS) you can choose the installation. When a game server is installed you receive the latest server files for that game or the chosen files.
